Who We Are
Laura Martina is a Certified Executive Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation. For over 20 years, she has worked in People Management, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Development. Her opportunity to work both in the for-profit and nonprofit arenas offer her clients a wide range of experiences to draw from. Laura has extensive experience working with organizations to identify and shape a culture that is inclusive, intentional and brings meaning to all stakeholders. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources from Fresno State.
As an Executive Coach, Laura works with leaders to help them build skills that connect them more to their teams, make them aware of their behaviors and how they impact their teams, and give them the tools they need to be more effective communicators and collaborators.
